WILSON PROFESSOR OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND PROFESSOR
OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The following resolution was adopted:

• RESOLVED by The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia that Mr. Louis T. Rader be and he is hereby elected Alice M. and Guy A. Wilson Professor of Electrical Engineering and Professor of Business Administration, effective 1 September 1969, at a session salary of [OMITTED], plus 20 percent for summer work, and a supplement of [OMITTED] or a total salary of [OMITTED].
