Like one o'er embers bent,
Pond'ring on black designs, when, lo! the fire
That seem'd extinguish'd, gives a sudden blaze,
And shows the face, the wrinkled brow, the eye
That pored on vengeance and all deadly plans,
Conceal'd before, so Hubba's face appear'd
With such possession of infuriate rage
