ON HER WEARING A NEW DRESS.

Sweet negligence and happy art,
Leave Mary equally complete;
Her Taste makes smartness, still more smart;
Her Grace makes neatness, still more neat.

Our hearts, dear Mary, would subdue,
If dress could give to every dame,
As much as it receives from you!
