[Young Codrus Land-lord to his fathers rents]

Young Codrus Land-lord to his fathers rents,
which happy time (long lookt for) doth expire,
Addresseth him with these abilliments,
as least beseemes the sonne of such a Sire.
And thus he gallants it some yeare and more,
Vntill his Tenants thrust him out of doore.
