Representative Richard Bolling (D-Mo.) will lecture in Wilson Hall Auditorium Monday, May 12 from 11 to 12 noon. Elected to Congress in 1948, Rep. Bolling serves the 5th District of Missouri. He is a member of the House Rules Committee, and the topic of his remarks is expected to be Congressional reform.
