Summer Activities

most areas in being able to
achieve any real change "due
to a "lame duck president" and
an out-going Vice-President of
Student Affairs. Mr. Sabato
said that Council will
emphasize providing more
services to the students in
coming year.

According to Mr. Sabato
their "presence will be desired
by the administration for their
input into some decisions. Over
50 per cent of the
administrative policies are
decided in the summer and
someone needs to be here."

Mr. Vorder Bruegge
discussed Council's plans for an
orientation booklet which will
be published early next fall.

Council has sent out
approximately 1500 letters to
University administrators and
faculty members requesting some
individual summer meetings in
which Mr. Sabato and Mr.
Vorder Bruegge will discuss
their programs and hear
reactions from administrators
and faculty members.
