University of Virginia Library

All students entering their first regular Winter Session of the
University are required by University Regulations to take a Physical
Examination. Students who entered the University in February 1970
are reminded of this obligation. Registration is incomplete until the
health requirements have been met.

Former University students entering Graduate Schools are advised
but not required to repeat an entrance physical examination. An
exception is made for first year medical students who are required to
take the examination as part of the University Tuberculosis Control
Program.

Students who wear glasses should bring them to the examination.
Please leave money, books, valuables, etc. at home. The facilities are
crowded and it is difficult to keep up with personal belongings.
