executive director for the
Winston-Salem (N.C.)
Redevelopment Commission in
1952 and 1953.
A member of the American
Institute of Architects and the
American Institute of Planners,
Mr. Dulaney wrote a
guidebook, "The Architecture
of Richmond."
His wife, Elisabeth W.
Dulaney, survives him.
