Figures Released
A total of 9,551 students have
enrolled at the University for the
1969-70 session, an increase of approximately
500 over last year's fall
enrollment.
In the College of Arts and
Sciences, enrollment has increased
some 300 over the 1968 figure,
while the graduate enrollment remains
nearly the same. Enrollment
in the Graduate School of Arts and
Sciences is 1,179 compared to
1,122 at a similar period last year.
The College's enrollment is 3,921,
compared to 3,594 last year.
A total of 1,318 women are enrolled
in the University's various
schools, including 14 in the college
Across the University, 414 women
are enrolled as undergraduates, 904
as graduate or professional school
students.
