Letters To The Editor

Bureaucracy At Its Worst

Dear Sir:

I realize it is very early to
begin thinking about next
year's "Order of the Bird"
award, under the auspices of
NATAPROBU, the National
Association of Professional
Bureaucrats. I also understand
that competition in the
Washington, D. C., Chapter is
by far the stiffest in the
country. A recent
communication leads me to
believe, however, that a certain
gentlemen at the Library of
Congress is a very strong
candidate. The letter by which
he nominates himself is
enclosed.
