Student Activities Fund

Student Activities Fund

Student Activities Funds have been accounted and released,
and are available to organizations which were allocated funds
by the Student Council last spring.

Before 1972-73 allocations are available to the Student
Organizations, who received allocations from the Student
Activities Fund, the Officers of the Organizations must

1) file two (2) copies of a petition for recognition with
Student Council.

2) have two (2) current copies of their constitution and
by-laws on file with Student Council.

3) file an authorization form with the Student Activities
Auditor, and;

4) sign a bank signature list with the Student Activities
Auditor.

Normally, expenditures can be made from the allocations
ten (10) days after these requirements are completed.

or Terry Davis, Student Activities Auditor at Student Council
offices, 4th floor Newcomb Hall.
