Tennis Exhibition Here
Tennis enthusiasts will be happy
to learn that Virginia's varsity net
coach Gordon Burris is organizing
another exhibition this year,
featuring top amateur players and
benefiting the tennis scholarship
fund.
Definitely reserved for the
February 3 event is Clark Graebner,
ranked fourth in the United States
last year and noted for his booming
service.
Two other entries will most
likely be last year's two popular
Romanian Davis Cuppers Ilie
Nastase and Ian Tiriac, who are
both well respected in International
tennis circles. Nastase is a fierce
competitor and very exciting to
watch.
Mr. Burris hopes to add a fourth
American player to the already
impressive slate for a doubles
match.
Last February, 3200 people saw
Arthur Ashe defeat Zeljko
Franulovic at University Hall.
Further information on this year's
