Virginia Ski Club

Another "club" sport has made it big at the University. The
Virginia Ski Club has laid claim to Southern skiing supremacy by
virtue of winning the Southern Conference Intercollegiate Ski
Championships.

Co-captains Brew Mosely and Dick Moore head a group of
enthusiastic athletes who further demonstrate that club sports
can compete and excel within a University that can not afford to
aid them, financially or otherwise.

We congratulate the Ski Club for preserving a tradition of
excellence in club competition established and maintained by the
Rugby and Crew clubs.
