Girls Play Football

She is assisted in the backfield by
Chris Wilson and Fran White (the
team may run an odd sort of
formation with only three backs
and a line of eight members).

Thus the interior front six will
probably include Marsha Benser,
Sharon Woodson, Bonnie House,
Bonnie Kiesling, Becky Harden,
and center Martha Garnett.

The ends' positions will be filled
by Melanie Snell and Mary Judson.

Both sides plans to play their
starters both on offense and defense.
The game will be played on
a shortened version of the regular
field.

Refereeing will be supplied by
the Spirit Club. Barton Reutlinger
carries out the chores of this sort.
It is hoped that this game will
mark the beginning of an annual
series to take place every spring
following the half of the Alumni
Game.
