to Richmond this Saturday to
tangle with the University of
Richmond ruggers. The A squad is
trying to up its 7-1-1 record.

Virginia came out of the Wake
Forest game with only one minor
injury. Offensive tackle Rick Kotulak
turned his ankle in the second
quarter, but it is not expected to be
serious enough to reduce his effectiveness
Saturday when the Cavaliers
meet Tulane in New Orleans.

Veteran gridder Peter Schmidt
needs only one more interceptor
to set an all time school record. He
currently has picked off 11 stray
aerials during his three-year career.
