The University division of the
United Givers Fund has raised
more than half of its goal in
the current drive, it was announced
on Monday.

According to Dean I. B. Cauthen,
Jr., University chairman of
the drive, the University's faculty
and staff have contributed
$20,290 toward the goal of $36,500.

The drive continues through
November 16, and Dean Cauthen
expressed confidence that the
University's goal would be
reached by that time. Some fifteen
units in the University division
have completed their solicitations
and have submitted
their final reports, but sixty units
are continuing to receive funds
in support of the drive.
