Churches Host Noted Theologian
At Ecumenical Worship Service

Guest At Ecumenical Service

William Mallard, professor of
systematic theology at Emory
University in Atlanta, Georgia,
will be the guest speaker at the
second Ecumenical Worship
Service sponsored by seven local
church groups on Sunday evenings.

Professor Mallard has selected
for his topic "Christ and the New
Humanity," his text being taken
from the twenty-fifth chapter of
the Gospel according to St.
Mathew.

The Sunday evening service
will be held in the barroom of
Alumni Hall at 6 p.m. and will be
followed by an invitation to meet
with Mr. Mallard for question
and discussion at the Wesley
Foundation.

The participating churches and
groups sponsoring the service are
the Wesley Foundation, Westminster
Presbyterian church. St.
Paul's Episcopal church, St.
Mark's Lutheran church, Baptist
Student Center. St. Thomas Parish,
and the Y.M.C.A.
