The Barracks Road Shopping Center
will be the scene of a rally featuring
Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Bill
Battle at 8 this evening.
Also featured will be Daniel Van Clief who
is seeking reelection as delegate to the state
legislature from Albemarle and Green Counties
on the Democratic ticket.
The five local Democratic candidates for
office will also be at the rally. They are: Ora
Maupin, who is vying for Commissioner of

The Democratic office in Charlottesville
expects a large crowd at the rally. There will be
a bonfire and a combo. Hot coffee will be
served.
