Robinson Analyzes Business

Republican Congressman J.
Kenneth Robinson will speak
today at 2 p.m. in Room 11,
Monroe Hall.

Mr. Robinson's address will
center on the future role of the
government in the Small
Businessman's life. After his
speech he will answer questions
concerning his current
campaign for re-election
against Democrat Murat
Williams.

The program is being
sponsored by the Business
Forum.

Campaign Bus

A McGovern-Shriver
campaign bus will be in front
of the Chemistry Building
today and tomorrow from 10
a.m. to 7 p.m. Literature,
campaign buttons, and bumper
stickers will be given away; and
any donations to the campaign
fund will be accepted.

Sponsors Day

The Annual Sponsors Day
Program of the Graduate
School of Business
Administration will be held in
Monroe Hall this Friday.
Nearly 500 businessmen and
Business School Alumni will be
here for the event.

The program features many
panels and seminars dealing
with various aspects of business
and business education.

Speeches by the school's past
and present deans will highlight
the day's activities. Former
Dean Charles C. Abbott and
the current Dean C. Stewart
Sheppard, will address banquets
held in Newcomb Hall
Ballroom during the day.

The Sponsors Day Program is
designed to honor businessmen
and organizations which
support the school.

Chemistry Banquet

Professor Emeritus of
Chemistry John H. Yoe will be
the guest of honor this Friday
at a banquet celebrating the
fiftieth anniversary of the
University's Alpha Kappa
Chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma,
the national collegiate and
professional chemistry
fraternity.

Mr. Yoe is a charter member
of the chapter which at present
has eighteen active member.

The aims of the fraternity
are to bind the members
together through friendship, to
strive for the advancement of
chemistry as a profession and
as a science, and to aid its
members in attaining career
goals.

More than forty alumni are
expected to attend the
celebration.
