E-School Gets
Course Forms

Course evaluation forms will be distributed
next Tuesday and Wednesday in all
classes of the School of Engineering.
Students will be allowed a short period of
class time to evaluate each course in
which they receive a form.

The study is again being conducted under
the auspices of the Engineering Council and the
Student Council. Chairman of the Evaluation
Committee, Jeff Rice, says he hopes to have the
results of both fall and spring semester
evaluation published before pre-registration in
May.

As has been the policy in the past, the form
will consist mainly of questions to be answered
on a scale rating basis, owing to the nature of
courses taught in the Engineering School. An
essay-type question on the best and worst
aspects of the course is included to give
students the opportunity to express an overall
opinion of the course.

Forms will also be available at the entrances
of both Thornton Hall, and the Aerospace and
Mechanical Building for students who miss the
in-class evaluation.
