Fourth-Year Elections
Take Place Tomorrow

Elections for officers in the
rising fourth year classes will be
held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow.
Any rising fourth-year
man who is unable to vote on
Friday may vote from 5 to 5:30
p.m. today in the Student Government
office.

Ballot boxes will be placed in
Peabody Hall, Peabody Hall
Annex, the Commerce School
entrance, the front entrance of
Thornton Hall, the A & M building
of the Engineering School
and in Gilmer Hall.

Also one ballot box in the
new Chemistry building, one at
the Jefferson Park entrance of
Cabell Hall, one in the Cave of
Old Cabell Hall, and two boxes
in the east and west entrances
to Cabell Hall from the Lawn.

Regarding students in a five-year
program, "anyone classified
as a fourth-year man next year
may vote," explained Craig Hopson,
current vice president of the
graduating class. The president
of the class comes from the
College, the vice president from
the Engineering School, the secretary
from the School of Education,
treasurer from the School
of Commerce and Historian from
the School of Architecture.

Candidates for the president's
office are Thomas L. Biggar,
Thomas H. Campbell, Jack
Drucker, Douglas Gillespie, Bob
Green, Charles Hammer, H.
Eugene Hile, Tom Moore, Al
Vermeire, Chuck Woody, and
Bill Wright.

Candidates for the vice president's
office are Robert A. Bender,
Tom Chorey, Jerry Clapp,
Fred Hoybach, Phil Leventis;
Vaden Shields, and Steve Wheeler.

Candidates for secretary are
Dan Fassio, Frank Quayle, Julia
Spencer and Audra Whitlow.
Candidates for treasurer are E.
Logan Brown and Julien H.
Williams.

Candidates for historian are
Christopher Ohman and Jack
Wilson.
