Major Llewellyn A. Brown To Present View Of War

Made Almost $20,000 On Stock Market While Fighting

Major Llewellyn A.
Brown, who managed to make
almost $20,000 in the stock
market while in Vietnam, will
present a micro-view of the war
from a helicopter.

During his year in Vietnam,
he spent 5 months in line duty
with a helicopter unit.

His experience includes 240
combat missions and over 3,000
hours of flight time. Since beginning
his army career in 1953
as a private, Major Brown has
earned the Air Medal with 9 Oak
Leaf Clusters, Air Medal with
V device for valor in combat,
the Bronze star, and the Army
Commendation Medal with Oak
Leaf Cluster.

Major Brown, a native of
Colon, Panama, became a United
States citizen in 1951 and received
a degree from the City
College of New York while in
the Army.

Five years ago Major Brown
invested $1500 in the stock
market after five years experience
in New York real estate
and the formation of his own
accounting firm. He returned
from Vietnam this year with almost
$20,000 in stock market
profits.
