Forum Sponsors Woodcock

By Phil Kimball

United States Senator Hugh Scott will
address the University Friday, April 30 at
8:30 in the New Chemistry Building
auditorium.

He will speak for only fifteen minutes
in order to give students the opportunity
to ask him questions. "This is an
excellent chance for members of the
University community to ask Senator
Scott about national issues and about his

views of the University,' said Kit
Sumner, President of the Student Legal
Forum, which is sponsoring the speech.

The Student Legal Forum will also
sponsor a speech by Leonard Woodcock,
president of the United Auto Workers, on May
6. Mr. Woodcock was scheduled to speak in
March but was forced to cancel his engagement
when he had to remain in Detroit because of a
strike by the Office Workers Union.
