A preliminary hearing has
been set for May 31 for the
four ZBT members. Mr. Mallis
and Mr. Parker will have a
preliminary hearing on June 5.

Ted Hogshire declined to
say whether he would be
representing any of the
students, but did say, "I have
been assisting up to this
point."

Police Chief John deK.
Bowen said there have been no
further arrests and "we don't
anticipate any."

Mr. Bowen said the arrests
were the result of intelligence
work by city detectives and
resulted mainly from fraternity
drug abuse becoming "more
flagrant all the time."

The arrests were made
Monday night when police
arrived at ZBT house with a
search warrant for one of the
rooms. Additional arrests were
made when other drugs were
found on the premises.

the residences of Mr. Mallis and
Mr. Parker.
