8892. WAR, Justifiable.—

On the final
and formal declarations of England, that she
never would repeal her Orders of Council as
to us, until those of France should be repealed
as to other nations as well as us, and that no
practicable arrangement against her impressment
of our seamen could be proposed or
devised, war was justly declared, and ought
to have been declared.—
