3961. INJURY, Unceasing.—

To show
they[Parliament] mean no discontinuance of
injury, they pass acts, at the very time of
holding out this proposition, for restraining
the commerce and fisheries of the province
of New England, and for interdicting the
trade of the other colonies with all
foreign nations.—
Reply to Lord North's Proposition. Ford ed., i, 480.
