1868. COURTS (Appeals), Judges of.—[further continued].

The jurisdiction [of the Court of Appeals] shall be to determine
finally all causes removed before them from
the General Court, or High Court of Chancery,
or of the County Court, or other inferior
jurisdictions, for misbehavior; to try
impeachments.—
