daadeebaa 'let's go to war'. 1st person dual perf. of di-...[si- perf.]-bá 'to start to go to war' [act. intr.; di- inceptive]. In the 2nd line of passage 2 will be found the 3rd person perf. of this verb.
1. łíͅbee'iłédaastł'óͅná'aí 'which had apparently been used to hobble a horse'. łíͅ 'horse'; bee- 'by means of it'; 'ił- reciprocal; é- 'against'; daa- distrib.; and the si- perf. of -tł'ó 'to tie, bind'. Literally: 'that with which horses had been tied together, it is said'.
2. hiłdaahíbáí 'those with whom he was going to war' hił- 'with them' plus 3rd person distrib. imp, of ni-...[ni- perf.]-bá 'to go to war' [act. intr.].
