Absent: Visitors Camp, Hartfield, and McWane. Chancellor Grellet C. Simpson and Bursar Edgar E. Woodward were present throughout the discussion of Mary Washington College matters. Comptroller Vincent Shea was present during the discussion of the report on the University Consolidated Endowment Fund.
