The amendatory acts are cited in parentheses following the sections which they amend.Most of the catchlines, in boldface type, are those which appear in c. 384, Acts 1946, but changes have been made in some instances to more accurately reflect the contents of the section and to facilitate cross referencing and indexing. The capitalization and style have been changed to conform to the remainder of the publication and obvious typographical errors have been corrected.
